i haaate living in an apt for this reason..i get real ghetto about it..if they are going to make noise at 2am..so am i..

FH and i decided to have an impromtu dance party one night when they were being noisy

Yea im having this problem too. i am hoping that sound machines, fans and loud TVs do the trick, but we'll have to see...
