Holy Flood!!!!

I just got to work and really thought I was going to be on the news floating down Queens Blvd!!! Its so bad here that the water is a little below the middle of garbage cans on the street Anybody else get stuck in the hurricane this morning???

it is terrentially downpouring over my house... the thunderclap was so loud, it woke FH up from a dead sleep (and he sleeps through EVERYTHING)

I am really scared of this thunder and lightning it sounds as if it was going to come right through the house .. and my doggies are scared too I hope it calms down a lil before I have to leave for work!

I heard the thunder this morning!!! I'm off today....so happy I didn't have to fly today! It would probably be a mess. I love thunder and lightening, especially when I'm all warm and cozy in bed.

What is normally a 20minute drive for me took me an hour in a half!!!!! It was horrible... I have a little Honda Accord and I went through a puddle that was over my tires!!! It was scary!!! Not to mention that it was constant thunder... like one long roar!!!!

it finally stopped! but all the kids buses were almost an hour late!!!! I kept saying we should just close school for the day, but unfortunatley nobody listened and im still here
