give me a break. why do you think all of those pictures are their 'wedding pictures' and not just for them? it was their way of having fun. no i dont think bump was 'appropriate' (although who determines what is and what isnt appropriate for a wedding) but im not horrified either. sib's pictures are works of art. not just wedding photos. they're real artists who have a long history behind them of doing photos for everything from magazines to yes weddings. i dont even know why i'm proving anything to you. i think you need to live a little and not go by the wedding 'rules'

I think you need an attitude check... all I (and many others) did was state an opinion on what I thought bout the pics... Everyone is entitled to their opinion and here you are saying neg things about people on here that dont share the same view as you...

not really. when i said that everyone is always sensitive, its true and im not saying just this time. how many times has someone had a review on a vendor and it wasnt what others wanted to hear and they got all upset. or how about the fact that girls wont post how big their ring is because others will be offended. give me a break. mostly everyone is too sensitive on this website. it has helped me alot, but has frustrated me alot as well. maybe because im not a 'typical bride' i dont understand why everyone gets upset over stupid things, i dunno. i wasnt b itching about the fact that some people thought the pics were too much, i was saying that alot of people probably dont think those pictures are 'slutty'

and boudoir shots are exactly the same as some of those shots. some shots, brides want on their wedding day, but wont put in their albums so they take it anyway. all im saying is have an open mind when it comes to photography. photography is art. not just 'memories' of your day

Who knows, maybe SIB took more traditional pics w/ the bride and her parents and the groom and best man etc. and just didn't post them on their blog. I mean, they are just putting up a taste their favorite shots from that particular wedding and it is really to advertise their talents/style.

I think the shots are gorgeous and I personally love them, but I like photography as art and I like pushing the limits. She is also gorgeous, so that helps a lot too. I don't think just anyone could pull that off. I do think however, that MANY people would find those pictures 'inappropriate' (a word that I personally hate because of it sounds so puritanical, but I digress...) for wedding portraits or thank you cards, but then again, we don't know the couple or their lifestyle or friends or going back to my original point, whether or not SIB did indeed take some more traditional shots and just didn't put them online.

Whatever...who cares?

I love SIB. I wish I had known about them when I was looking for my photographer, but they are .
