It was intense. I'm still trying to remember most of it. But here were the players
JB Suzbride Jessica
We went to JB's parents house, which was actually a 15th Century castle, with moat and all. The parentals served us gluten free strawberry shortcake (for the JB's allergies). Then every other course was served by another How's family. There was representation from all the hows, but you 3 are the only ones who were physically there. Then my grandmother who died about 18 years ago and never spoke a word in English, had a complete conversation with me in English, then she blew up the microwave. But Jessica spoke to her in Spanish and I think she like JEssica better. I know I'm rambling, but as I remember more, I'll fill you all in.
Suz - your dish was something with onions on it. So NOT awesome.

It's on the corner of Montauk Highway. I love it. The taxes are more than our projected mortgage payments.
I've got it wrong then. It looks similar to a house that's not on MH, but closer to the lake.

Me too. But I am an old bat who outnumbers your years by about a decade or so. I grew up in West Bay Shore - by Calvary Baptist Church. Used to run around Southward Ho at night playing Manhunt.
Wow. I kind of miss Bay Shore.

Me too. But I am an old bat who outnumbers your years by about a decade or so. I grew up in West Bay Shore - by Calvary Baptist Church. Used to run around Southward Ho at night playing Manhunt.

Totally weird. My fam doesn't live too far from there. I'm going to FM you now. Who used to drink zima on the big toy at south country? Oh yeah, me. And oh the Ho.
PS - I totally had a thing for the hottest hottie at the Calvary Baptist Church but he wanted to save my soul and not touch me so that ended.

That's hilarious... the first time i EVER got drunk was at South Country. We stole a bottle of premade Manhattan's from my best friend's father and when we realized how gross they were, we rode our bikes to the beer distributor on Orinoco and begged some guy to buy us wine coolers. Then we went to South Country and drank until the stars started to spin.
Then I did a cherry drop and fell flat on my stomach and got the wind knocked out of me.
As to Calvary - I used to go to vacation bible school every year just to get free juice and cookies and whatever treats they would give out. I was Catholic and we went to St. Pat's - but they didn't seem to mind me being there!
