Yeah I saw that too! Guess they finally have potential buyers. Its a really cute house - DH and I go for walks and walk past it sometimes - just ashame that its below road level. Then again, if you like your privacy its great!

anything in East Northport that gets listed for under 400 is in gone as soon as its listed

This is so true.
My neighbor is selling his house. It's a smaller house, it has 2 BRs, 1 bath, living room and kitchen (not an eat in kitchen though) and has a finished basement, although its not huge from what I remember. It has a 1 car detached garage and the yard is great, definately room to go out to the left and up (its a 1 story house now). The yard is also beautiful in the spring/summer - he has plants and beautiful wild flowers all over the place (I'm jealous).
I think, but not 100% sure, he is asking $325k or $350k.
