Nothing on my gums- hands and feet are fine. I really think I had bad shrimp the other day. My Dad buys our seafood from some weird Korean market and I think we got bad shrimp...

Yeah I had this as well. It was crazy painful. See a dr. You need antibiotic!!
actually coxsacki is a virus so antibiotics wont work if that is what it is...it was terrible i just had to ride it out!
