home workout equipment

has anybody used Total Gym or Bowflex? Any input?

i have a total gym knockoff, it is actually a weider machine that i paid about 130 for and although i havenot used it too often i just moved it into the bedroom and have started using it while watching tv and it does work. it is more for upper body and lower body but there are ways of making it good for the legs. fh wanted a bowflex but it was too much $$$. even total gym is pricey but i like having one. you can adjust height and resistance.
