Does anyone know approximately how much homeowners insurance would be a month (or even the total premium) for Massapequa or surrounding areas?

I don't know for that particular area, but I pay around $800/year, I believe. Not sure of the exact price b/c it just goes into escrow from my mortgage payment every month.

I just moved to Massapequa - I believe our homeowners is about $100 a month. We also have my e-ring on our policy, so that might up it a smidge each month.

yeah, we JUST got a quote from TSC for $80 but that was not including my ring! i just called my fiance and told him he better put my ring on there unless he wants to be responsible for buying a new one! lol

You really cant estimate it, its all effected by your credit, your loan amount, and your house so everyone’s is different. I do Commercial ins now but i used to work in Mass doing personal lines, if you need Ins or even want a quote i can give a great brokers #

We pay about 800 a year. I think we had to pay the first year in advance, but after that your mortgage payment will include money to set aside for the following year.

Before you can get the ring added onto the policy, you need to get it appraised. We bought a house right off of Merrick Rd, practically across the street from John Burns Park. Are you still looking/just close on a house in mass?

Hey there. I also own an insurance agency. I quote many different houses in the Massapequa area. Each quote is done on an individual basis putting many different factors into account. My quote was 1800 (150 a month) for the year in North Bellmore but I have an inground pool...State Farm
