Honest Opinion Needed - Do you like this dress?

I'm in love with this dress, but not sure if its too trendy/casual/non bridal -- in other words I have doubts. What do you think?

That is the exact dress I think my MOH will wear. I like it alot and it depends on the type of wedding you are going to have. Mine is super formal so it's fine for my MOH bu tto casual for me.

I like the model ... but is it white top and ivory bottom? If so, I would prefer it only one color. You might check David's Bridal catalogue ... it has some very nice options in this style.

I like it, but the real question should be, how do you feel in it? When I found my dress I fet like a princess and I knew it was the one. As long as you like it and feel comfortable in it I would go for it!

I think it is a beautiful choice, but I think you will know if it is 'the dress'. I hated trying gowns on, but when I found mine I just knew. If your gut is telling you this is the one, then go for it!

Christy is right!
My wedding gown is semi-informal because we are not having a very formal wedding... when I saw it I knew it was that! So if you love the dress, go for it!

I REALLLLY like it.
And I think that it's really pretty with the ivory on white embroidery.
It's a bit on the less formal side, but even if you were having a really formal wedding, I think a cathedral or chapel length veil would be enough to finish it off and dress it up

It looks very classy even though its not formal-do you love the way it looks on you?
After trying on about 60 dresses in 6 places I put on mine(even though it was not really what I thought I wanted) & everyone in the room got goosebumps-including the sales woman. We were sold-if it feels right, than it is.

my dress is almost exactly the same as that! I think it is very classy. no offense to anyone, but I've never been a fan of strapless dresses. I am thinking of cutting my train off even! I like it a lot!

what is the back like??? Is that a removable train?? Very nice I think it would be beautiful in white

I think I would like it better if the neck was completely straight across instead of scooped a bit and there were no embroidery at the bottom. I think a more severe cut would add some formality to it. Something like this:

I like the dress a lot. I think it is very pretty, not too trendy. I wouldn't worry about that aspect of it if I were you. Don't worry about what WE think.

The question should be, Do you feel like a million bucks? Do you feel like a Princess. Do you feel like you will be the belle of the ball?

This is how I feel in my dress, although some may think it's kind of plain. That's the way you should feel in the dress that's for you.

Honestly, I love it...I think it is different and that's what I like about it - if you love it, and you feel right in it, then go for it!

I like the dress too, but most important-YOU have to LOVE the dress. If you really LOVE it, then go for it!!!!

I'm actually on the phone with MOH and we both love the dress, we think it's one of the nicest ones we've seen on the site. It definitely can be worn to a formal wedding, especially once you put a veil and headpiece on. I think if you like it you should get it just the way it is. I think it's beautiful.

Thanks girls! I've only tried it on once - as there's only one shop on LI that carries it and its on the border of queens. I do love it though. It was only the third dress I tried on, it looked good on, although the sample was a small size 10 so the bodice didn't zip The back is a deep V - and the dress that I tried and love is the same colors as this, ivory on top and 'spun gold' on bottom. It also comes in solid white and solid ivory, but I love the two colors. You all have such great taste! I love all your suggestions! I'm going to make another trip with my MOH to try it again, but i think THIS IS THE ONE!!
