I used Centereach Bridal for my sister's wedding and when I showed up to pick up my dress, they hadn't done the alterations yet. It was only a hem and they did it for me right there but still...it was the day before the wedding.
I don't like either of them. Snotty at one and the other was incompetent and didn't do what they said they would do but remembered to charge extra for work that wasn't done!
I'm using the Bridal Suite in Centereach for my dress andmy bridesmaids dresses and my moms dress and they have been nothing but wonderful so far, no complaints here.

I wasn't impressed with Centereach but I don't know a thing about the other one and it had nothing to do with alterations.
