Yes, it's a bracelet. lol You can't really tell my the picture. I was thinking the same thing about the neckline. So I figured bracelets and earrings would be good.

My girls are wearing the exact same dresses in pool. I just bought the exact same bracelet and very similar earrings for them to wear! That is so funny! I think it will look great!! :)
