Hi ladies - we've decided on this Watters & Watters dress, but please give me your honest opinions on this color. My BMs and mom like it, but all the men I ask (including FH) strongly disagree... I like that it's different but is it TOO different?
BTW, my dress is ivory and I'm thinking about pale pinks and ivory for flowers.
i love watters and watters dresses and i think that one is beautiful! how does it look on your girls?

I love that dress - have admired it before. It is elegant and the color is fine. People are just used to seeing colorful bridal parties. As long as the rest of your wedding isn't all neutral tones (flowers,etc.) I think it'll be gorgeous. Good luck and let us know what you decide on!

Thanks for your responses! This is my dress - I started thinking golds/bronzes when I saw the sash...
BTW I love your bridesmaid color but I would go with a lighter/warmer if you want to coordinate.

OH MY GOD I love your dress!! That is a Monique Lhuillier right? I think that dress is so gorgeous! Congrats. To be honest, I don't really like the color of that BM dress, it is a little dull and drab to me. I like the idea of that color scheme (ivory, green and pink), but I just don't like that shade of green.

I really like the dress but I am not sure that I like the color - but that is JMO - and if you like it and your girls like it then it is your wedding and you should do what makes you happy

I like brown too. Brown, pink and ivory is also a beautiful color scheme. But this shade just seems so bleccchh, almost like a military color. Perhaps the pic doesn't do it justice, I'm sure it looks better in person. As far as your FI and other guys not liking the color, don't listen to them (most guys don't know fashion), especially if they are juding from this same pic. If you love it, go with your gut.
