Ever since I got engaged, I wanted to ask my best friend to be my moh. I wanted to ask both her and my cousin, but ended up jsut asking my cousin. I just thought that you were not allowed to have two moh.
Well, over these past months I cant get this off my mind. I really really want her to stand beside me on my wedding. My dilemna....is it too late. She is so easy going, and I would explain to her honestly why I didnt do it in the beginning. What should I do?

I'd ask her. I think she will probably be very honored that you want her next to you on such a special day. I'd explain to her though why you didn't ask her before. I think she will be happy and so will you as you will have this off your mind.

Ask her, there's no rule that says you can have two MOH's.

I would tell her what you told us, that you didn't think you could have two MOH's and then ask her. I'm sure she would be honored! I had my sister and my best friends and they were both thrilled.

Definitely ask her. She is your best friend and will understand. I think she would be honored that you want her to stand beside you.

Re: honest opinions please
it's not too late. When we picked our bridal party, one of DH's good friends was a Marine, stationed in California. So, we asked him to be a groomsmen.
As time passed, he came home early (honorably, might I add!)
So, DH told him the he always wanted him to be the best man, but didn't ask because we knew he wasn't going to be around. So, we 'promoted' him.
It was the BEST decision we EVER made!!!
edited to add: so, we had 2 best men. The Marine stood with us during the ceremony and the other best man did the toast at the reception.
