Ok so I created a honeyfund which came out pretty cool LOL I upgraded to the premium plan because the page is so much nicer LOL
Anyway, Is it cheesy to add honeyfund cards in our invitations???
Im asking because we have a separate group of guests we are inviting from overseas which we know probably WON'T be coming to the wedding, and I thought it was a good idea and easier for them to use paypal?? Not trying to ASSUME they will send gifts, but FFIL is telling me they most likely will send gifts because they are first cousins, aunts/uncles etc...
What do you girls think???

Re: Honeyfund? Is this tacky??
Sorry but any mention of gifts in a wedding invite is tacky. Can you invite them to the shower? Then they would get the info.

Thank you! This is why I posted it - The website makes it seem like you can add the cards to invitations but im thinking its for the shower invites - and seriously, i have never seen a registry card in a wedding invite!
No, im not inviting overseas family to the shower because obviously i know they wont come.
Thank you :)

The best thing to do is put your registries on your website, and include the website somewhere in your invitation packet.
This way you have hotel info, etc in there as well

Yes, it is Tacky to put any type of registry card in an invitation.
The registry information belongs on your wedding website & inserts go in your shower invites.
You may want to make sure the 'key' players (parents, bridal party) know your registry info tho, so they can inform others when asked.
