Just curious how long everybody is waiting after the wedding to go on their honeymoon?? I wanted to wait a week just to get everything in order but FH doesn't want to.

Wedding is Saturday afternoon and we are leaving for honeymoon early Monday morning!!

we're getting married on a Saturday night & leaving for HM on Tuesday. I also wanted a little buffer to get things organized at home before we left. We're also doing a cruise so we were somewhat locked into the cruise dates (although we're leaving early to stay local before the cruise leaves)

our wedding is a sunday night.. we are leaving friday.. gives us time to relax and rest. we are going ot tahiti so we didnt want to get there tired since its far and the time diff is going to be rough too... and it was either Friday or Monday so we opt for Friday!!
theres no specific rule.. go with what works best for you guys.. someone i know is getting married in june and going on their HM the end of july because they got a better deal!

We are going to give ourselves 2-3 days to recover and hang out with family..
