Honeymoon

Has anyone thought about where they want to go on their honeymoon???

I originally wanted to go to Tahiti (well still do, but I dunno about spending that kind of $$)
Now, my parents said I can exchange one of their timeshares so I can have a virtually 'free' HM so I'm kinda excited about that. I'm only thinking about where to go b/c I need to put it in for exchange asap!!

I am thinking Hawaii, Aruba, Curacao.... Anything that is out of the hurricane belt since I'd be going in August!!!!

Where do you want to go?????

I really want to go to Italy or Costa Rica.....but unfortunately we won't be able to afford it I'm not sure if we will be able to afford a honeymoon at all. I was thinking since I'm a flight attendat we can just fly stand by to somewhere Jetblue flys and I can use my airline discount for a mini honeymoon. It all depends on how much money we can spend, if any.

My grandmothers friend has multiple timeshares in Aruba and we are going to ask her if we can use one of them!!! She love FH and will totally say YES!!!

I think we are thinking hawaii...we are going to do an exchange of a timeshare as well!

Hahaha We are soo alike, its scary Where do you have your TS and wht exchange program do you use?

well me uncle pays for the honeymoon so we are going to PR for 4 days and then florida disney for 3. I CANT WAIT

PR is beautiful!!!! I have been to Disney once when I was 10 and FH has never been there so I would like to go there for a few days and then fly from FL to wherever the timeshare is at. Most timeshares have check-in on fri, sat, or sun so having a sunday wedding means I'd have to wait until the end of the week to go on the HM... I'd rather be somewhere until we can go on the real HM so Disney for a few days sounds like a plan

WOW very lucky that you're able to do that. Well ive heard great things about all 3 places you mentioned. I guess just depends more on the type of HM you want, hawaii has more activities, curacao is more quiet and relaxing. Good luck, what a sweet deal

(okay well i know its your honeymoon and you wont actually come and say hi, but im just throwing that out there!)

we cant afford one!!! we DID go to ireland the same day he proposed to me...

but if we could i think we would choose greece or something really nice and warm

I want to go to Turks and Caicos, St. Thomas or Bermuda..not sure..just hope we can afford something!

if you want a real quiet, secluded relaxing honeymoon then turks & caicos would be good, but if you want a little more action there really isn't anything to do there and everything closes down at like 9pm...the beaches are GORGEOUS though...Bermuda though I LOOOOOOVED!!!! it is so beautiful there, the town is gorgeous, so much to do also, i would love to go back. Fh has been to St. Thomas and he LOVED it

Ok infact i just realized something all 3 places you mentioned including puerto rico are the excursions for the crown princess cruise, maybe you should check that out then

Dont waste your time in Curacao...FH and I have been there and hated it. Aruba is great...we loved it. And you cant go wrong with Hawaii!!! FH and I are actually hoping to go to Hawaii for our HM

Thanks for the info! I heard Turks and Caicos was really quiet..i like that but FH wants to do a lot of things..I'll definitely look into Bermuda and we both love St. Thomas.

I think it is called RCI and i have no idea what exchange program they use! All i know is they will get us a very cheap honey moon!
