please help!!! i am trying to get sandals to give us a free week.our honeymoon room was awful! please let me know if anyone has dealt with this and how did you go about it?

did you complain while you were there? If the room was awful was there nothing they could do to give you a different room? This really stinks that you had to deal with this on your honeymoon
Did you book through a travel agent? If so, maybe they can help you?

Try writing to the corporate headquarters. If you didn't complain while there, they might not do anything for you or if the complaint was not in writing from any staff there, they may deny you complained. Not saying you are, but many people may do this to try and get a free week from them, so it is hard to prove afterwards.

we complained when we were there i also took photos and am going through my travel agent, but they are only offering 4 nites free and we have to pay for airfare.she doesn't think we will get anymore than that.it just pisses me off. 7000.00 for nonsense!
