Honeymoon ...

Where are you going for your honeymoon?

Me and FH are going to the poconos for a few days after the wedding but we were going to do the Alaskan Cruise in the summer. On New Years eve the fam was telling to go somewhere else (suggested Sandals resorts). I usually do alot of tropical vacations so I thought the Alaskan cruise would be different..... what do you guys think?

Any suggestions?

We are going to Bora Bora and Moorea.
Personally I always wanted to go on a Alaskan Cruise... it sounds soo different. We didn't want a cruise and I always wanted to go to Bora Bora so this was an easy decision for us... I just had to make it happen.. price wise.

Personally I think you guys should go wherever you want.. and if you originally wanted the Alaskan cruise then you should do it.. regardless of where anyone else tells you to go.. it's not their HM. But if you were iffy on it from the beginning.. well that's a different story then. I think the Alaskan Cruise sounds reall awesome! Go for it if that's what you want!

We are going on a RCC to the southern caribbean and then 3 nights in PR at the Ritz Carlton!

An Alaskan crusie would be great. I went on one with my family back in 1995 and it was fantastic! Back then, the only people who took cruises were the elderly so we were the only ones under 50! Now, things are different.

DH and I went to Paris and Greece on our honeymoon in early October. It was fabulous!

We have a similar idea. We're going to Montreal for a few days after the wedding and then 2 weeks in the summer to Hawaii.

You'll love the Alaskan cruise. I did it with some college friends a few years back and we had a blast.

I love Montreal so much!!! We really had a great time there.
