We have our honeymoon to St. Lucia (Sandals) booked for 7 nights. I really think that I want to extend the honeymoon three more nights. Its an extra $2000. Is it worth it (in your opinion) or should I save the money for say furniture or something? Thanks for your advice.

I personally wouldn't. That's a big difference. Almost $675 a night. I'd prefer to spend that money elsewhere.

If you can do it financially, why not? St. Lucia is gorgeous BUT the ride to Sandals from Hewannora sux. You may as well stay as long as you can and make it worth it. (We loved Sandals Halcyon, where we stayed, but I told DH that I would not do that shuttle ride again. I thought the driver was going to get us killed).

i say YES because you may not be able to 'justify' another 10-day caribbean trip for a long time - go for it!!
