HONEYMOON - ARUBA ANYONE?

So we're getting married next September (which is hurricane season) we've decided to possibly go to Aruba since we hear thats one of the very few places that has hurricanes and usually only rains a couple times a year =)

Has anyone been there for their honeymoon and or vacation ? if so, how was it and where did you stay?

The Radisson was amazing. Aruba is a truly happy and wonderful island. service is excellent. people are nice. it is safe. the food is excellent. the beaches are beautiful. its paradise-truly. and the island is small enough that you can explore and relax at the same time.

Aruba is amazing! We went this summer for a vacation. I think your biggest decision in going to Aruba is deciding whether to do AI or not. While we didnt stay there, next time we go we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt. It looked unbelievable!

LaCabana is called something else now and it definately isn't as good as it used to be...
I definately DO NOT recommend it for a honeymoon!

For non-all inclusive choices, The Hyatt and Marriott are the top 2.... If you do want all-inclusive, then the Riu Palace is the best choice by far...

Im a travel agent and I go to Aruba every year! Ill be going in 3 weeks from today :) yay!

The weather is perfect--alwaysss...there are things to do...so you can do as much (or as little) as you want. Beaches are beautiful.

so fun! I can't wait. I think we are really seriously thinking of it. Occidental looks like our best bet because we wanted all inclusive :)
