We just booked the Excellence Riviera!!! 7 Nights 8 days!!!!!

Definitely spend some time in the hot tub by the spa (opposite side of where the entrance is). It was always empty and was my favorite spot (I have some cool pics of it... it's beautiful.)

Also, surprisingly enough, our favorite restaurant was the Asian one... we love mexican food but that wound up being the best, in our eyes.

And one last thing - definitely go to Xel Ha, such an amazing place for snorkling...and explore the whole place before you settle down there. There's so much to see and we didn't save enough time for exploring... we just jumped right into snorkeling and missed out on a few really exciting sites there.

Thank you so much for your recommendations! I really appreciate it. I was so overwhelmed with the BOOK not pamphlet but BOOK showing all the amenities and I can't believe we're going there!!!!! 7 nights 8 days baby!!!!

That's awesome. We did 6 nights over New Years and I can honestly say that I was super teary eyed when we left. You'll have an amazing time.

no, sadly no club that we couldn't afford LOL. But Liberty Travel was having a sweet deal on this property which I really, really wanted to go to but thought it was going to be out of my price range.

We did get $100 credit each for the spa! His and Hers Massages here we come! Mmmmm
