So excited that we booked our honeymoon today. We have to wait until June of 2015 because of FH work schedule. We are spending a week 'glamping' in Montana. This seems like an odd choice for a HM but you have to check out their honeymoon tents! We wanted something unique and I think this definitely is!
Congratulations!! Wow! Looks amazing. Are you planning on going hot air ballooning? I Highly recommend it. It was fantastic the 2 times I went, I can't wait to go again. If you are afraid of heights, let me just say it is smoother than an elevator ride, it goes up with the heat and moves with the wind so you don't feel it. ENJOY!!!

Thanks! I would love to go up in a hot air balloon! FH is on the fence about it but I have a year to convince him to go!

Honeymoon Booked!
I went up the first time with FH, his 4th flight, and there was a woman who was scared. They had her put her arms around the braces (between the basket and the balloon) as we settled in her arms started loosening up, between 5 and 10 minutes one hand was on the basket and the other was pointing to something she thought we all should see and she was leaning toward it while she pointed. That is how smooth it is. FH has been out of work for over 3 years. I would give my eye teeth to be able to go to the Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival this September as a mini Honeymoon. They do have tethered rides for those who are afraid and just want to get their feet wet as it were. They are in Queensbury near Glen Falls and about 7 or so miles from Lake George. To get in is free, to fly depends upon the pilot and they always go to a briefing before they take off for safety reasons. Our guys, I've flown with them twice, are always safe and don't even open the balloon for show if it looks like they won't be going up, even before the briefing. Last time we went up is was about $175 each. They serve Mimosas at the end of the flight, yummo. I'd really like to go again, so if you know anyone who needs a Biochemist..... lol
