Honeymoon booking??

I am an overplanner.... but I love to be done with things so I don't have to stress.


I've been looking around for honeymoon prices and packages... but I can't seem to get prices for my date. We are going away Presidents week of 2013- so like 2/17-2/24ish.

When do people typically book their honeymoon? we are about 1 year away. When do places start to post prices???? How long in advance??

I'm going on my honeymoon the same week. I went to a travel agent and she said to come back on March 25th. However, she did say that if I'm interested in booking with any of the Sandals that their prices are up already.

I would say a travel agent also, but I know flights are only out right now until December 2012 so maybe in another month or so you can book it. Happy Honeymoon Planning :)

I already started getting some quotes...I'm planning on going the end of January 2013...most hotel prices you can get, but I was told that the airfare prices are out 8-9 months before.

Sandals in St. Lucia. There's three on the island. I like the idea of being able to use the restuarants at all three. Also, they shuttle for free. You should look into it!

Yea I'm booking mine very soon I was told a year from your date so that coming up fast but some places it's hard to get price they I know air fare we won't have a price till maybem6 months and u can't book it anyways but I'm we r going to bora, bora and we r trying to figure out if we should booked it on our own or go though a travel agent bc my cousin when there for her honeymoon and she did everything herself and ended up saving so much money
