Has anyone booked their are some great deals on websites like all inclusive outlet . com for some amazing resorts but I am skeptical and nervous that its a scam or something.
Anyone have any experience with website like this?

I haven't had any experience with those sites, but I've heard great things about booking vacations through Costco, if you are a member. I haven't booked a vaca through them, but my best friend's parents have and they've had great experience with it. They actually just booked a 25th anniversary trip to renew their vows through Costco.

One question - if something goes wrong with the reservation which sometimes happens, who will you call - will these places take an interest in your problem? You need a go to person - just in case! Go use a TA

I'd either book directly with the resort (or whatever you are looking at) or use a TA. You can certainly call a place and see if they will give you a better deal than you see posted.
