I've heard September is one of the best months to go to Hawaii! We were actually thinking about postponing our honeymoon until then bc the weather is supposed to be amazing (not to mention less kids at hotels since school is back in session). Check it out!

I'm not Sept but I am in Oct and its still hurricane season. I was worried about weather also because I have previously traveled on 2 separate occasions in Oct to DR and PR and didn't get the greatest weather. We decided to go to Aruba. Its below the hurricane belt so its pretty much gorgeous there all year round. I think Hawaii has good weather around that time also.

We are having our honeymoon at the beginning of October and going to Fiji. It is supposed to be beautiful there that time of the year.
Thailand/Bali and other areas of Asia, it is rainy season. I have been to Hawaii in Oct/Nov and it was beautiful.

We're going to Italy. It's supposed to be the best time of year to go. If you're looking to go to the Caribbean you could probably get travel insurance just in case of a storm.

We're either going to Tahiti and bora bora right away in September or were going to wait til November to go to thailand when the rainy season is over.

I didn't even consider hurricane season. My honeymoon is in September on a cruise to Puerto Rico, St Thomas and Turks & Caicos islands. I hope everything works out ![]()

Cruises will always make efforts to sail around a storm. Might not get the same itinerary or days at islands. You are much better off on a cruise than on an island. The boat can move, a resort cannot! :) The biggest annoyance would be if a hurricane hit your departure port while you were embarking or disembarking. That could postpone or cut things short a bit.

Aruba and Curacao are outside of the hurricane belt. the chances of a hurricane are so low it's almost impossible. the only think might be delayed flights due to a storm but even then once the storm passes out of the way you should be ok to fly there...

Im in August so I am in the same boat. We are gunna do the west coast LA and Vegas and then go to Bora Bora.
Europe has great weather in September and I heard the South Pacific does as well.
