Re: Honeymoon help!!!!!!!!

Haven't thought about our honeymoon yet, but I love to travel.

If you are thinking all-inclusive I have been to Sandals in Jamaica, St. Lucia and Bahamas.

Jamaica was fun, inexpensive.
St.Lucia was beautiful- resort was wonderful! The best part was the helicopter ride over the rainforest!
Bahamas was ok as an island- the resort was truly amazing!

I have some friends that have done one week in Antigua and one week in St.Lucia- both Sandals. Seems to be a popular choice amoung honeymooners.

Aruba is great.... I have been there twice and love it! I went to St. Maarten a few months ago and also loved it!

I have been hearing great things about the British Virgin Islands- Tortola and Virgin Gorda, as well as Secrets in Dominican Republic and Royal Hideaway in Mexico. I think they are opening a Secrets in Mexico also.

Friends of mine are going to Marmoa Mexico- it is supposed to be a really top, secluded honeymoon spot!

My sister is getting married in a few weeks and she is cruising the Hawaiian islands.... leaves from Mexico for ten nights... then she is staying in Hawaii for two extra nights. It is a good way to see all of the islands there w/o taking those small planes. It was actually really reasonably prices, considering food is included..... God knows I have payed a fortune for the Sandals trips and they were just a relaxing vacation- not even a honeymoon! (But I love them)

Tough decision.... Good Luck!

Re: Honeymoon help!!!!!!!!

Aruba is awesome! Weather is consistantly sunny...and there are SO many good restaurants to eat at...not much to do 'tourist' wise, but if your just looking to relax, it's a great place to visit.

We've also been to St. Martin...very nice.

My sister has been to Turks and Caicos twice and absolutely LOVED it.

Good luck!
