Fh really wants hawaii and i really want greece! Should i just make it easy and do hawaii? Or is there some way to come up with a compromise? Anyone else having this problem?

definitely make a list of the pros and cons & of course, prices...that'll help make a decision.
Also - find out from FH what he wants to do in Hawaii and if it can be done in Greece - let him know that.
Figure out what you want to do so badly in Greece & see if it can be done in Hawaii, etc...

1. It's a closer flight to Greece 2. hawaii is like any other caribbean island, except FAR 3. How often do you get to go to Europe?!
we almost had this problem but I refused to go to Hawaii b/c everyone goes there on their honeymoon plus FH has not been outside of the U.S. and Caribbean so I knew we had to go to Europe. No offense to any Hawaii brides - i hear it is beautiful and amazing.
If it helps your case, a girl i know who just went there on her HM this year said she felt like it was the same as going to the caribbean.

Hawaii is amazing!!!!!!!! If I hadn't been there a few times (and recently) we'd def. go there. You can't go wrong!!!

I guess it all depends what you are looking to do. If you are looking to go somewhere romantic and laid back just to relax then I say Hawaii. If you are looking for more of a siteseeing trip I would say Greece.

Me and FH disagreed on where to go...I eventually gave an because he was so passionate about wanting to go to Greece...and hey how can you go wrong with Greece? It's beautiful and someplace we'll probaly not get to for a long time, If you do decide greece and want to FM me feel free...I did a lot of research!

I was actually talking to my TA (travel Tom) about Greece just now. He said the ideal time to go to Greece is July/August it is beautiful during May/June but not as desirable as July or August. especially if your looking to relax on the beach. The water would be WAYY to cold to go near. if you need help with ur HM plans you should really contact Tom.

Thanks everyone. i think he's agreed to do greece. i'm not sure if he really wants to go or if he is just pretending he does to make me happy. either way, greece, here i come! Probably going the first week of july. Have to start talking to travel agents. thanks again for all the info.
