Honeymoon Help! w/ poll

i cant make up my mind where to go for a HM! FH is not helpful, he left it up to me...he said wherever in the world you want to go , ill take u.
so thankfully, financial constraits are not an issue. but theres soo many beautiful places, i really cannot make up my mind. We've went for lil trip here and there, FH and I dont live together either.... so this will be our first big vacation. clearly i want something ultra romantic! we love beaches so thats why i was thinking some island... but i have my options open......any suggestions?

2 weeks the most...we can split our time or stay 14-15 days at the same place etc

My vote is for maldives but I'm bias I guess because that's where were going...I love the privacy and seclusion of a private beach! Plus since Dubai is on the way were stopping there as well!

I voted for Paris because FH and I were just there in the summer and loved it!

We are going to Thailand on our honeymoon. Gorgeous beaches, culture and the dollar will take you very far. Just thought I'd throw you another idea

omg dubai is amazing.....its EXPENSIVE THOUGH! - lol but if u go to the 'gold souk' u can get crazy jewelry bargains....everyone in dubai wears 22k gold...hehe

i voted italia bc ive been tehre often and theres no place more romantic than the old warm city of venice. IMO!!!

we already ahve been to italy together so we wont be going for the HM... we're looking at a more tropical place bc its just not a typical vacation for us and we want the HM to really stand out from the rest of our past and future trips together

Definitely Italy!! We're dying to go there for our honeymoon too. I've heard such amazing things, and it seems so romantic....

I voted Tahiti-Fiji but I really mean BoraBora/Moorea.

We were torn b/w Tahit and Fiji. If you are a beach person I suggest Tahiti. Fiji is cliffs and what not, there are not many resorts on actual beaches, they are in the rain forest and you can go to the beach. That being said, it appeared to us that you needed to take either a boat or horse (awesome by the way) to get to a beach. For that reason I say Tahiti.

Something to keep in mind though is that Tahiti is a city, we are only 'laying over' there for the night and then spending all of our time in Bora Bora and Moorea.

ruling out the bahamas thats what FH said too

if im leaving for 1.5 week - 2 weeks, i dont wana be cooped up in the bedroom day and night lol id like too go site seeing a lil, nice restaraunts, beach , warm weather....even if theres not a beach thats okay! as long as we have a nice big jaccuzzi in the bathroom it works

It all depends on what you would like to do. Tahiti is gorgeous but there is not much of a night life from what I hear, so if you're looking for that then that is not a good choice, but if you want a gorgeous, quiet relaxing place then that is perfect.

Greece and Italy there are more things to do as far as partying.

You just have to think of your interests and see where you would get that.

FI loves Tahiti and so do i, so we're probably going to do that. But I also want to party and since Vegas is his favorite place, we're thinking of going to vegas after. This way we have the best of both worlds.

Another thing you can do is go to more than one place. I personally wanted to do greece, italy and maybe spain, Fi is not too crazy about that idea but he said he would do it, but I don't want him to go somewhere he doesn't want to go. You could look up package deals to do that, Alitalia used to have amazing deals or you can do a european cruise.
