FH and I just got back from the Pocono's this weekend where we have a summer house up there, and it dawned on me that it is SO beautiful this time of the year! and we'll be getting married this time next year I was thinking of honeymooning in the Poconos. Yay or nay? we have a two year old so anytime away from her is a honeymoon to us lol & we're not big tropical type of people..FH hates cruises...and we'd love to honeymoon in Europe but that's looking less and less likely (money wise). So, has anyone heard anything about honeymooning in the Poconos?

What if you went further North to keep the same climate and scenery idea. Maybe Cape Cod, or Newport RI?

What about the Sagamore at Lake George or the Mohonk resort? - I forget what town it is upstate. The Mohonk is pricey but it is all inclusive.
