Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
I wont be taking my e-ring, only my wedding band. We are going to Disney so between the rides and the water I dont want to chance it.

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
I just took my wedding band. I left my e-ring at my ILs house, which is lovingly protected by a 155-lb Italian Mastiff that does not like strangers.

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
I brought mine! I was debating it also for a while, but just couldn't leave them home!!! I wore them every day, during every excursion, etc... there was a safe in the room but I never used it. You just have to be aware of them when you're in the water. I actually slipped my e-ring onto my right hand since it's a lot tighter just in case.

Im not sure what to do about this either, we are going to greece and italy and from what im reading up on italy in rome you need to be careful about the gypsies, now i dont think they can take my ring off, but im afraid i would draw attention to myself by wearing my rings, but i know too i would be sad leaving them home and i dont trust in room safes

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
I plan to bring mine..and will more than likely do what Jess (CaMacho) did..because my right hand is also a tighter fit You think after waiting ALL this time (me personally) to get married..I'm gonna not wear it? I'm having a hard time giving up my e-ring for a week because it has to get re-sized...imagine not having anything??

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
I took both my e-ring & wedding ring & wore them the entire time in the Caribbean! I even snorkeled & swam with the dolphins wearing them

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
i didn't bring mine I bought 2 cheap rings from a website and wore those instead. They were similar to mine but not exact. I didn't want to take any chances. I also witnessed something once that helped me decide not to wear them...a few years ago my husband and i were in Jamaica.. and we were at the pool while guests were taking the scuba class in the pool and a diver had found the stone from someones ring. she blantantly showed everyone and announced that she was keeping it to make it into a necklace when she got home..
Just for that reason...i lived without my rings for 2 weeks..It was no big deal...you are going to wear them for the rest of your life...2 weeks or so won't kill you..

Re: Honeymoon Jewlery
probably just the wedding band, i wouldn't want to take my e-ring and chance something happening, it is worth much much more than my band will be
