My FH and I just started looking into honeymoons. Soooo expensive, what is everyone paying about, where are you going and for how many nights?

We decided to do a cruise b/c everything else was coming out to too much $$$. We're going for 7 nights and we're paying under $3,000 (without airfare).

Aruba (Bucuti Beach Resort) 6 or 7 nights and about $2500 for room and airfare.

We are doing 10-nights at an all-inclusive place in the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
It's running about $7,600 + Air. We went all out though and got the top of the line room, etc...

We're doing 7 nights Maui, 6 nights Disney world, and 2 nights Universal Studios. With hotel, air, car rentals, and park tickets it's costing us about $10K, but we also don't live together, so that saves us $1K a month in rent.

Thanks for the info. We were looking into Sandals Bahamas for 8 nights 9 days and the price I got so far for everything was about $6300

It is so worth it. When you add in tips and meals alone, it is worth it. You also don't want to have to carry much money on you or deal with travelers checks and stuff like that. All inclusives are hassle free even though they are a little pricy.

yea fiance and I always go to all inclusives we love them you dont have to worry about anything, we have been to sandals twice and other all inclusives. Its never that much though. Oh well! I guess its worth it since its the honeymoon.

We more than likely will be doing a 7 day Caribbean cruise which departs from Florida and then we will probably spend a few more days in Florida post cruise. . . all for under 3K.

Possibly Italy and Greece for 2 weeks, including air, hotel, transportation(train, ferries) breakfast daily, all tours for about $7990. That doesnt include other meals or spending $. Now we need to decide if we want to send that much. We might just do either Italy OR Greece to cut on cost.
