I've been hearing to go to Hawaii for your honeymoon you need to book 1 year in advance.
FH & I would love to go for about 10 days to two islands.
Is anyone willing to share how much this might cost us?????
Thanks!

Re: Honeymoon Question
Some hotels have only a few honeymoon suites so if you want to stay in those, then you probably need to book far in advance. But if you want a regular room, then I doubt you need one year unless it's an ultra exclusive hotel with something like 5 villas/rooms per property.

Re: Honeymoon Question
I got engaged in March & still doing stuff for my wedding. We didn't even book a honeymoon yet. If you are getting married in 2010 you have plenty of time.

Thats a good point, especially about honeymoon suites.

Re: Honeymoon Question
We are going to Hawaii this October for our honeymoon, I don't think we booked it until February or April of this year. So you have plenty of time. I think after all is said and done we will be paying betwen $6-$7K. We are doing 3 islands for 9 nights and 10 days. Hope this helps!

Do you mind telling me what travel agent you used?
