We are going to Excellence Playa Mujeres resort in Cancun. It's all inclusive and supposed to be great!

check out the Excellence resorts!!! the reviews have been great. Our best friend went to the one in Cancun and raved!

we did the most expensive option at their most expensive location. The 2-story ocean front VIP suite, at Playa Mujeres. It was 5,400 for 7 nights.

If you just did a regular suite you could probably stay for 2 weeks at any of their resorts!

I think you can find these rates in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and the Mayan Rivera (Mexico).

Check out Dreams Resorts. They have resorts in Mexico and Dominica Republic. They are outstanding, gourmet food, great beaches and service. We stayed at Dreams Resort and Spa in Puerto Vallarta for our Honeymoon and Loved it!

We went to the Aventura Spa Palace in Riviera Maya Mexico for 10 days, 9 nights for 4500 bucks in May. The resort was all inclusive so we barely spent any money out of pocket. The food and staff were AMAZING.

I agree here with atleast the Dominican Republic part, also Puerto Plata in DR> i loved DR!!!
Def think you can do under 6K for 2 weeks at a luxury, adult only resort. I would say under 5K with airfare too.

Well DR does have gambling but in any case

i cant say personally in regards to Bahamas or Aruba but my best friend just went to Aruba for her HM in August (mainly because its one of the only islands not affected by hurricanes)...she stayed at an all inclusive (the Riu) but not an adults only. For airfare and 8 nights it came to about $2700 so i think you can still definately get something under 6K considering there is a lot of room to go up from $2700.
