Please reply if you have completed the entire honeymoon registry process. I did a search but still have a few questions! Thanks!!!
Who did you use and why?
Did they provide a print out or gift certificate feature for your guests?
What was the success rate?
Was the final 'gift' delivery successful?

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
I was just looking into this & booked through www.honeymoonwishes.com There is a 7% service charge (but then girls were saying people would have to pay sales tax on a gift anyway). My SIL's friend used them & said they were great.

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
I would have to say that honeymoonwishes and thebigday seem to be the top two contenders. Then there's thehoneymoon.com honeyluna.com and thehoneymoonregistry.com.
I wonder if the big day lets you add items not only pertaining to the honeymoon... like dinner for two at our venue on our first night back! I'll have to research them all now!!!

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
my shower invites went out just last week and already i've recieved $250 worth of gifts off my honeymoonwishes registry. The problem, I think, though is that since its not a typical registry people don't think of it and using only word of mouth is a hard way to get the message across, other than shower invites.

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
Yeah... I would do it mostly for the shower, not so much as wedding gifts.

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
I just had my travel agent organize it - my MOH helped her in gathering the 'contributions'. She was great, and there was no charge. Then, for my shower, one of my artistic BMs made individual gift certificates that were giving to me during the gift opening. I got a couple thousand toward the HM- unfortunately, it didn't make a dent since we went to Fiji - but I wasn't complaining - it def. helped!

Re: Honeymoon Registries...
My HM registry was through Liberty Travel. It was free of charge and they provided gift cards. I recived more than half towards my HM. It was the best thing we could have registered for.
