if departure time is 4pm per the cruise, what time do you have to get to the dock to board the cruise? It would leave out of New York.

They usually start letting people on around noon. . .
There are long lines, I would get there by 1pm to be safe!

get there early -- they usually let you on early and you can eat lunch if your room isnt ready

if they let you board early, go there early, (noon-1pm) that way you might end up avoiding all the lines, check in your luggage and then take a nice stroll on the ship and get your bearings!
