Honeymoon shower

For those who are having or have been to a honeymoon shower, did the bride open up all the cards at the shower? Since there will not be presents to unwrap (maybe just a few here and there) I'm thinking sitting around opening cards may be boring for guests. What do you think? Skip it and just have other fun stuff to do?

Honeymoon shower - Long Island Weddings

some people will still bring gifts and will make cute honeymoon baskets and things for you I'm sure... so I would just open any gifts that are not just cards :) and leave the rest the way they are and just to games and things to entertain

I think that if they're giving you money towards a honeymoon I wouldn't open the cards, but if they're giving you excursions and things to do on your honeymoon, that I would open them.
