Hi 2006's. I ope you can help me out!! I was wondering if anyone went to Italy for their honeymoon. If so, can you please give me a sample itinerary. My FH and I plan to go for 2 weeks and definitly want to go to Florene, Rome and Venice. Any guidance you can give me would be great!!!

We flew open jaw which means we arrived in venice and left from ROME. wE SPENT 3 DAYS IN vENICE, 4 DAYS IN Florence and 5 days in Rome. We took the Eurotrains from venice to florence and from Florence to rome. I would suggest if you are going during the touristy season to try and make reservations for all the major sights. In the Venice, I would def suggest you doing the secret itineraries tour in the Doges Palace, which require reservation. In Rome, booking the Scavi tour is def recommended. I believe it takes you into ST. Peter's crypt. not too sure where it goes. Cant remember right now thw rest of the places ohh Il Latini in Florence is a place where rachel ray went that is a tourist fav, make sure to make reservations.. your hotels can also make some reservations for you which will cut the cost of online booking fees!
