If plans go right we will go on HM right after the wedding. If not, we were thinking of doing something simple maybe Las vegas for a week.
Then I suggested to Fh that we plan something nice two months after the wedding.
I will update when I know more....

What a REALLY want to do it so on a 5day cruise down the coast of California and then go to Hawaii for a week. Let just hope that our funds allow us to do that!

I'd love to go to Europe, maybe Italy or Germany. I'm a teacher, so we are waiting until spring break or the summer to go on our honeymoon. We will probably go away for a weekend after the wedding.

We're definitely interested in Hawaii... neither of us have been there & we heard great things and we want to go to a tropical place and relax!! Depending on funds we may stop over in Vegas or LA to break up the travel time.. we'll see what packages we can find. How soon in advance are you all booking? I wasn't going to even start getting pricing until 1 year in advace.. do you think that is enough time? I would think so...

We are going to wait a little while after...with how much we are putting away and budgeting to save the money-we are going to take a break and just chill out after the wedding. Spend the week with out friends and go on about our business.
There are a couple of places and they are all over-Italy is our first choice then hawaii...but who knows what we will do...

It looks like we will only have one week for our honeymoon because of FH's work so we are thinking of taking a cruise to the caribbean. Since we would have to leave the morning after the wedding we don't want to have to get up at 6am to fly anywhere so we are thinking of taking one out of NY. I know cruises are a bit cliche for honeymoons, but FH loves them and I just want to be able to relax and spend time with him so I don't really care where I go

We both LOVE cruises as well so that might be an option for us ( probably the one that leaves out of NY/NJ also) , or hawaii! We were thinking maybe about a week after the wedding we will go since we will have alot of OOT guests

My mommy and I are doing that next month!!! well not the Hawaii part... but we are crusing down the coast... We are flying in to San Fran... and then driving dow to San Jose... about 10 days... so we can stay 2 nights in some places... like San Fran and LA and San Jose...

Our Honeymoon seems to be the biggest problem...I'm a teacher and we opted not to get married in the summer b/c we wanted to get married on our anniversary...However now we have to pick a vacation to go on our honeymoon...If I wait for February break it's a new year-I don't know if we will still feel like newlyweds...so I am hoping that my principal lets me take 3 days before Thanksgiving and then we can go away...That is our plan...
We are looking into Sandals in St. Lucia...it has a private pool which I thought was really cool!!

Since we're teachers -- we're getting married in the summer. As a result, we're planning a nice, long honeymoon!! We're getting married in Puerto Rico -- so we'll spend a week there. After that, we're planning on flying to Turks and Caicos -- I've heard nothing but great things about those islands!! :)
