I heard about it on ophra, I was also curious to. I wonder if any LIW brides used it before.

I think it is the ingredient that replaced ephedra. My mom got Trimspa and Hoodia is one of the ingredients. I have not tried Trimspa with Hoodia.

I was going to buy it but the woman in GNC said that this other stuff worked better...it is called Release and it came w/three bottles red, white & blue, ... in any case, i didn't like it...it made me feel nervous and dehydrated. Not sure if it was caffeine or what, but it was not a good feeling!!!

I personally do not trust the people at GNC...they said ephedra was safe
