Hooray!!!

FH and I found an apt!!!

We started looking 2 weeks ago and found one we loved at a great price in RVC in a Garden Apartment complex!!! The agent is sending the paperwork over today for us to fill out.

I'm just sad about eventually leaving home and my mom's going to be all by herself for the first time in her life.

It's bittersweet I guess.

thats fab. RVC is awesome. so much to do, near the city etc.

I know the feeling about leaving your Mom. I am the only one who lives with mine too. It was hard when I left for college but I still came back 'home'. Next time I go she is all alone for good....

OH Shauna, the current renter has a closing date for a co-op of June 9th, so if she's all out by then we can start having them paint and move in. Offically we'll be in by July 1st. Well, FH will be. I'll be there on the weekends only until after the wedding lol. I gave in to my mom lol...
