Hooray! Wedding band: check!

I have been having a TERRIBLE time finding a wedding band that I like. My ering is impossible to photograph but basically it's a princess cut stone (high setting) with two princess cuts on each side (raised up from the band) and then 6 channel set princess cuts on the band. NOTHING lined up with it or looked right...so we went to Elsa...

she is designing something perfect!!!! We met with Elsa herself for an hour. She is making a band that will be 4 princess cut (they'll line up with the center stone and two side stones) and then 10 princess cut channel set stones in the band....it'll look like it's an eternity band but it will just be across the top.



It was a little more than we wanted to spend but it sounds gorgeous and oh so perfect!!!!

We go back next Wednesday to see the wax model.

AND she said she can melt down my father's wedding band and make me a necklace...custom designed!

I am a bit ill due to the amount we're spending (it's not that much more in the grand scheme!).....but I am so, so happy!

YAY for Elsa! I'll let you know how the model comes out next week!!!!
