Horrible experience at Macy's registering!!- Long!!
So i went with my mom and sisters to do my bridal registry!! (i know everyone is wondering why i didnt do it with Fh, Because that is how we ended up with a 1200 mets recliner in our tiny apartment!! lol!!! ) So I go over to the registry desk and there is a sign that says the bridal consultant is out and to see the women in the china department. So i head over there and the women says that the bridal girl will be out for a week and a half and she can try to put me into the system but not sure she can. So we sit down!!! omg an hour just to input my info!! then she cant find a scan gun so she walks all around the store! she finally cant find one so she calls a manager. It ened up being right on the floor by her foot under the desk. So she gives me the gun and sends me on my way. I go to scan plates and the gun turns off and says battery dead. Then i go back to her she gives me another battery, I try to scan and it turns off says battery dead! Now with a little attitude i will admit, i go back and she gives me another battery! I scan the plates and silverware set, i go to scan glasses and the scanner reads system fail. restart aborted and freezes. I go to the woman and show her the gun, she calls a manger and the manager says i will have to redo the stuff! I told her that this was ridiculous, asked her if she could please get another gun that would work! She said well there is no more! i dont know why chose during the busiest time of year to come and register when you have so much time til your wedding! I told her- here is your gun! i dont want to register here i will go to Bed bath and beyond, where they will appreciate my business and with the economy the way it is I dont think macy's should be turning customers away by being insensitive and rude!! And i walked out Im going to BBB next sunday to Fully register!!
