Ok so last Saturday I was working and out of nowhere i lost vision in my right eye, got really dizzy, couldnt stand up and my head was pounding. I spent my weekend in the hospital they thought it was a migraine but tests came back negative. Then they thought it was a brain tumor or bleeding on the brain thank god, both came back negative. All week i have been in and out of the hospital, dr, neurologist having brain scans, mri's, cat scans and every other test and waiting for the results til they find out what is wrong. Grrr I feel better that the serious stuff is eliminated but I have been on vicodins with a horrible headache for a week now and i CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE

I recently watched TLC, about an older lady who began to get headaches/visual white spots, to the point of her quitting her job. She too, had Drs. who could not find anything wrong until she went to a headache specialist, who did a scope, finding that the hole in her heart, while in utero, had never closed!!!!! They did surgery to close the hole, and her headaches went away immediately!!!!! It's called PFO; Here's an article about it. Mary MOB

If your headache does nto go away ask your doctor about a shot of comapzine (sp) I had a migraine for 1 month straight with vision problems and thats what made it get better for me.

Thank you ALL so much I am hoping something helps really soon because I can only take these vicodins for soo long.
