Today is FH son's birthday and we are having company to our apartment for the first time. I hope everyone fits, it is kinda small and we're having about 12 people. I guess everyone will adjust. I am so exhauseted from cleaning yesterday, ALL DAY, I hope I can have fun. I am so excited I love parties. We are not cooking because there are too many people and I don't want to stink up the place, so the menu is
Chips Cheese crakers, pepperoni platter
Vegetable platter
Cold Cut platter with fresh rolls and bread
Macaroni and potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad and a pickles tray

I too have a small apartment and a few times I've had my mom's birthday party here with around 25 people...it was a bit tight, but no one seemed to mind.
Sorry, I can't tell you where the party is at... LOL, I can't fit anyone else!!!!

Well, my first party was a hit. Everyone had a great time and they all fit into our apartment. We had plenty of food and everyone was impressed how nice eveything looked. It was really nice having my mom over finally. It was her first visit to our apartment. She even brought me a gift. She bought me this giant blow-up Yankee Stadium, that you put ice in the middle and beeror soda. It was a cooler. FH's son had a great time seeing all his family and he kept thanking Mike and I the whole way home. It was great. I love making people happy!!!
FH always said we couldn't have people over because the place is too small. Well, now we know people fit and I am planning future dinner parties with friends. He agreed and said fine to that. He now likes the idea of having company, because I actually clean when people are coming over.
