I thought I read a few girls were doing hot cocoa cones. I just wanted to know if someone can tell me where they are buying all the ingredients. I thought I would buy it at costco but it looks like they do not sell marshmellows and the hot cocao comes in packages. Does anyone have any suggestions ??

Re: Hot cocoa cones
I found the most tasty sounding mix here Though I am now looking into buying the 36 packs of Cocoa from Costco for $10. By the time you buy all the ingredients (Nesquick, powdered milk, sugar, etc) you may be right around the same, or more.
Another thing to do if you can is wait till the after christmas sales, see if any go on sale
