Do I have to make a card to put in my invitations that ... rooms have been blocked at so and so and additional hotels in the area? If so, how do I do it?
Ask the hotels for the cards. Most will usually have some on hand that they can supply you with for all the information your guests will need.
Mine sent me a bunch when we blocked our rooms off.
My hotel is also giving me cards.
Yeah the hotel should supply you with those that include the rate and directions.

i included that info with my save the date...I'm not putting it in again with the wedding invite. I'd assume most people will have made their hotel arrangements before they even get my invite.
