Hotel ?

Hotel ?

Hey ladies,

for your out of town guests, did you include a lil note with the link or contact for the hotel reservations so they could call and make them.

I am not sure how I should word the lil note that I am inserting into the invite for the hotel.

Any suggestions?

I put our website on the save the date and have all the info on the website.

my hotel gave me about 30 inserts... I made copies of them and put them in all the invitations...

I made copies of the business card of the hotel and inserted in with the invitation.

Hotel gave me about 15 inserts.

Because I am anal (my FH's words) and I did not like the inserts, I made my own and added a map to the back of the insert, printed them on cardstock to somewhat match my invite.

I made a little powerpoint with the info and emailed it to my out of town friends and family like 4 months before the wedding just to give them a heads up. Then the hotel gave me about 70 inserts so I sent those with the invitation.

I have 3 hotel options on my website, but in the invite, we're including the directional card to the one we signed the contract with.

I figure i'm better off giving people price options - if they want to go all out and stay at the Inn at The Fox Hollow - go for it. But - i did the room contract for the Executive Inn and on the website, I list a Days Inn for anyone who may need a room a little bit cheaper...

I created a little insert on a vintage bouquet as the watermark.. it looks great!!!!

Hotel gave me 2 inserts, which I inserted in all the invitations to OOT guests

One included what they have to do to reserve a room (800 phone number, say that they are making reservations for our wedding, and when they have to make the reservations by to get the discount rate)

our hotel gave us inserts to include with our invitations that included their contact info and directions and a map and the rate and when they had to book by

my friend just put it on the STD, which was a post card. They printed the info on regular labels and stuck it on the bottom of the card. I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

We sent Save the Dates with the info, but only 1 person made their reservation so far! ;bang:

The info is also on our website.

We are including the info AGAIN with our wedding invitations, had a card made to match the rest of our invitation.
