So i got a check today , i booked my room block at the fox hollow. how much info are you giving people about accommodations. Do you tell them the price and procedures and everything, or just accommodations at so and so mention our name for the room block.
Are you sharing your hotel block information with people now? I was thinking of sending an email so people could start booking. The email blurb above is perfect!
I put my 'hotel blurb' on a sticker on the back of my STD's...
They usually provide cards with those instructions for your guests, but you can always create them yourself. I'm lazy so I am using the cards they provide.
I just emailed the guy about the cards, i am going to send them with the save the dates.
I wouldn't list a price in the info.. just the number to call,, place, how far it is from the venue and to mention your name... If the price changes or they book late you don't want them to get pOed.
I put our wedding website address on the save the dates, and there is a page on there that has all the accommodation info
