Hotel...

Im getting married at Larkfield Manor

Anyone know of any good hotels around there? I wanna get a suite since me and the girls are staying there the night before, getting ready there and then FH and I will stay there on the wedding night..

Try the wingate at wyndham in commack. they offer shuttle service and no obligation room blocks

On a side note, do you know if there are any bars close to there? We wanted to have a party at the hotel after but there isn't a bar there although she did mention renting out the meeting room.

the bar in the hotel thing will be a problem for my mom lol. she wants a hotel with a bar inside. I think the Sheridan has one. I dunno though. How are the prices there? are you doing a reg room or a suite?

Not that I know of. There is a bar down the road from larkfield (changing times) which is great, buta its about 15 minutes from the.hotel.

But I like the idea of renting out a meeting room. If FH and I weren't leaving for our honeymoon at 10 in the morning the day after, we'd totally do that

I believe the sheridan's bar closes at 1. Dont quote me on that though. We stayed there one night to check out the hotel when we were doing our block, the bar tender said they close at 1 unless there is an agreement in the contract. I got the feeling you had to pay in order to keep it open longer

I love you girls for this thread!!! We have been searching for a hotel and we are having no luck I'm going to show FH this thread tonight. I'm also a Larkfield Manor bride. I just remember calling and there wasn't shuttle service's at the one's I looked into. Thank you again!

We were quotes $119 a night if you book 10 rooms. Honeymoon Suite is normally $219 a night but if we book 10 we get it for $119 and if we book 20 its free. Shuttle service is 2 pickups there and 2 on the way back...fits 12 people but only if u book the 10 rooms. If you don't book the 10 rooms the shuttle is $75..which isn't bad at all.
