Do I just print out a little blurb on cardstock saying if they require hotel accomedations please call the Wingate in Garden Ctiy and leave the phone number? And do I just include it in the invitation envelope with a direction card?
Not sure what the right way to do it...

My hotel gave me cards with the room rate, room block name, directions to the hotel, etc on it and I stuck that card in the invites.

I got a thing from the hotel with the info on it, but ended up making mine myself. My suggestion would be to put the info on paper and put it in the invite with the directions, but use reg paper, cardstock will be $$$ and make the whole thing heavier.

I just directed everyone to our wedding website and put it all on there.

i made a 4 x 7 insert with the hotel name, price, acoomdation dates, and a picture of the hotel. I did it in photoshop and printed it at Costco on photo paper and just inserted it with my invites.

I got a small card from my hotel with all of the hotel information (rate, location, block name) and I plan on putting that in with my invites.
